You should have had extensive exposure to agile processes and great development practices, and you have a proven history of taking a software project from concept to delivery and beyond. Online technical assessmentYou will be given a link to complete a technical exercise within a week, or will complete a live coding exercise. These will assess competencies, knowledge and problem solving skills.3. Final interviewConsisting of a technical and fit chat.Technical Chat ~1hr:<ul><li>Overview of technical test and questions on the test</li><li>~30 minutes: root cause analysis (RCA) test with screensharing<ul><li>There are intentional issues in the code that should be fixed.</li><li>The goal is to simulate a real work environment, not to test lexical knowledge.
