Fig Finance is a VC backed web3 company, aiming to bridge the credit gap for small-medium-enterprises (SMEs) in emerging markets. They are doing this by leveraging data collected by companies that serve these businesses, in turn using it to connect SMEs with global capital.Finding ways to better finance SMEs in emerging global markets has long been a hot topic, discussed at length by the likes of the World Economic Forum and the World Bank.
