As a member of the Core UIAccessibility team you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects. Our team is responsible for apps, libraries, and projects that cross product verticals such as:<ul> <li>Our dashboard, which is the point of entry aggregated data interface for all Figure apps<li> </li><li>Our React component library, which is used in all of Figure’s apps<li> </li><li>Our marketing sites, which are built with Gatsby<li> </li><li>Improving the accessibility of our products through education, code and design reviews, and automated testing<li> <ul> Prepare to be challenged, as a high level of execution is expected. What You’ll Do<ul> <li>Work closely with our talented design team to create a beautiful, accessible, and user-friendly web experience<li> </li><li>Design, develop, and test high-performing, scalable, and accessible UI in React<li> </li><li>Improve the development experience at Figure by enhancing development tools, test coverage, documentation, and code structure<li> </li><li>Work on software solutions that will transform the consumer lending and blockchain space<li> </li><li>Originate, champion, and execute new ideas for projects<li> </li><li>Collaborate with project leads and other software engineers across multiple teams<li> <ul>  What We Look For<ul> <li>8 + years Front End engineering development experience in a fast-paced, agile environment<li> </li><li>Proficiency with modern Javascript frameworks, ReactJS preferred<li> </li><li>Interest in learning about creating accessible products that everyone can use.
