Overview of the role Following the successful launch to market of Garrison’s new cloud service, ULTRA, a fantastic opportunity has been created within Garrison’s ULTRA Sales department. Working closely with the Chief Sales Officer Garrison is looking for an experienced and successful SDR to personally support business development in the UK as well as grow and lead a small team of SDRs in the generation of new leads in the commercial/private and public sectors through a variety of BD activities. Having already had 2-3 years’ professional experience, you will already know how to qualify and nurture strong leads, whilst being able to provide ongoing support to the sales team in a variety of areas. You will be looking for a step up to a lead role, taking responsibility for the growth and management of a team of SDRs, and longer term you may well be looking to make a step-up in your journey to becoming an Account Executive, something which the CSO will support you with. The successful candidate will be a sharp, self-starting individual with the ability to react quickly to new requirements and shifting priorities, with a commercial awareness and an ambition to develop, improve and innovate. You will be collaborative and keen to coach developing talent in your team through mentoring and close support, whilst keeping close attention on your own targets as an individual contributor. You will be comfortable working with a range of different technologies, understanding complex distributed system behaviour and assessing code and potential vulnerabilities in multiple platforms.
