&lt;strong&gt;Software Engineer Intern (Dispatch) – Summer 2023&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;As a Software Engineer Intern with the Dispatch, you will work with individuals across the organization to help Dispatch implement our blockchain messaging and analytics products. This is a cross-functional opportunity where you will be able to leverage your technical skills to help IEX's Dispatch team set new standards and raise the bar for performance, fairness, and transparency.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This position is best suited for a highly collaborative, team-oriented individual who is passionate about innovation and making an impact in the technology and financial markets. Depending on area of interest, this means adding functionality to new and existing APIs and or implementing new UIUX on our front-end using open-source tools + frameworks. &lt;li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Design and implement solutions to help web3 teams bring their community management and communication to the blockchain&lt;li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Design systems which interact with "on-chain" data and events and gain exposure to the broader web3 ecosystem. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;ul&gt;Your background:&lt;br&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with programming languages and tools (JavascriptTypescript, React, Node.js, SQL, Mongo)&lt;li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with technology, financial markets, andor blockchaincryptoweb3&lt;li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience with Smart Contract development (Rust, Solidity) or interfacing with Smart Contracts (ethers.js, web3.js) a plus!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;em&gt;Here at IEX, we are dedicated to an inclusive workplace and culture.
