As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll develop full stack web applications that help crypto-native organizations, like DAOs, build and execute transactions fast. You will work closely with the co-founders, build the foundation of an engineering team from both a technical and cultural standpoint, and lead technically as the organization scales.
Requirements
Must have:

Full Stack Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Distributed Systems Engineer with experience in NFTs and Web3, to join Monax Labs. You will work with our CTO and Platform Team, and be integral to delivering our NFT Platform, Aspen, as we go to market.
Monax Labs is a web3 infrastructure studio. Our mission is to make NFT transactions safe, secure, and legal.
We are building Aspen, an NFT minting and transactional platform that helps users manage and grow their NFT portfolios and businesses. Aspen serves Creators, Collectors, Brands, Institutions, and Enterprises.
Stack Overview
<ul>
<li>Your core skills matter more than specific knowledge. Currently we use: Typescript (front end and API), Rust, Solidity, OpenZeppelin, Postgres, React, Kubernetes, Pulumi).</li>
</ul>
What you will be doing:
<ul>
<li>Design and implementation of parallel blockchain data indexing services</li>
<li>Providing technical leadership of blockchain data services</li>
<li>Collaborate with SRE’s to ensure our infrastructure is reliable and scalable.</li>
<li>Asking difficult questions to customers and product on roadmap/requested features</li>
<li>Continuous appraisal, review and optimisation of our systems and architecture</li>
</ul>
Requirements
Essential skills:
<ul>
<li>5+ years experience building high throughput, highly parallel backend systems</li>
<li>Previous experience working with blockchain technologies and NFTs</li>
<li>Understanding of decentralized technologies</li>
<li>Understanding of cost management of services</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail</li>
<li>Previous experience working in a fast-moving and evolving environment</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities</li>
</ul>
Nice to have:
<ul>
<li>Experience with a venture-funded, high-growth technology fintech or Crypto startup</li>
<li>Experience contributing to, debugging or analysing core Ethereum software (Geth, Tendermint etc)</li>
<li>Experience with NFT’s specifically</li>
<li>Experience with Go</li>
<li>Experience contributing to established OSS projects</li>
<li>Experience with video streaming technologies (HLS/DASH)</li>
<li>Experience building transcoding/encoding pipeline</li>
