Our team focuses on building integrated Martech solutions for marketing teams to craft, optimise and publish relevant digital ads in a compliant way and it manages tracking platforms for analytics teams for them to build actionable insights to grow N26 market share while retaining current customers.<h2>In this role, you will:</h2><ul><li>Work on a modern unified tech stack with the main components being Express, React, Apollo GraphQL, CSS-in-JS (with Fela) to name just a few;</li><li>Contribute to our extensive documentation and our testing suite (unit testing with Jest, accessibility checks, end-to-end testing with Cypress…);</li><li>Implement and maintain tracking code for various web analytics and marketing tools on the company’s websites and web-based applications (Snowplow, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager);</li><li>Configure and integrate behavioural tracking and marketing technology tools to ensure accurate and reliable data collection;</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug tracking and integration issues as they arise;</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to understand their tracking and data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs;</li><li>Engage in knowledge-sharing within your team as well as beyond;</li><li>Understand and work with Agile development methodologies.</li></ul><h2>You will be the perfect fit if you:</h2><ul><li>Have experience in developing high quality accessible applications with semantic markup, using JavaScript with a sound understanding of modern frameworks and libraries, such as React.js;</li><li>Have experience working on agile environments;</li><li>Have knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015+) and modern web development tools;</li><li>Care about quality, performance, user experience and security;</li><li>Have experience developing web applications and considering accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance knowledge or basic theoretical knowledge);</li><li>Have experience with web service APIs working with either REST, GraphQL or both;</li><li>Have experience in setting up behavioural tracking, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager integrations, integration with Google Ads API.</li></ul>Traits:<ul><li>Actively help yourself (and others) be successful.</li><li>Continuously learn and challenge the status quo.</li><li>Think globally, act locally.</li><li>Strong bias for action.</li><li>Give and receive open, direct and timely feedback.&nbsp;</li></ul><h2>What’s in it for you:</h2><ul><li>Accelerate your career growth by joining one of Europe’s most talked about disruptors 🚀.</li><li>Employee benefits that range from a competitive personal development budget, work from home budget, discounts to fitness &amp; wellness memberships, language apps and public transportation.&nbsp;</li><li>As an N26 employee you will have access to a Premium subscription on your personal N26 bank account.
