We work hard to stay on top of the newest innovations and always strive to be the best at what we do.<h2>About the role</h2>Reporting to the Head of Front-End, and working closely with the delivery team, you’ll be responsible for completing projects end-to-end independently, with occasional help from other engineers over a wide array of exciting projects &amp; clients.We use a wide range of tools &amp; languages in our work, which we’re constantly reviewing, democratically, to ensure that we’re using the right tool for the job, rather than defaulting to the trends.It’s important we’re writing performant, accessible, cross-platform, responsive front-end code. Testing is a large part of our workflow; our excellent QA engineers search for &amp; ticket bugs and we review each others’ code to support each other. You’ll also have an opportunity to learn about automated testing so that bugs are found really efficiently and we can have a high level of confidence in the quality of the work we’re creating.We understand the importance of supporting you in your role. We run workshops for collaborative learning, have professional development days scheduled each month and run quarterly hack days for you to learn &amp; hone new skills.
