We are looking for a technical-leaning person with superb soft skills required to collaborate with our customers and support their experience on Ponto, demonstrate technical solutions to prospective customers, and strengthen a closed feedback loop with the product and engineering team. This is the perfect role for someone looking to influence many functions of the business and it can grow into several specialized competencies as Ponto scales. Although experience in fintech, blockchain, or crypto is valuable, you don't need to have any experience in these areas to join us! In your role at Ponto, you will:

Be our customers’ first point of contact once they’re onboarded to be their trusted advisor and help their technical teams make the most of out using Ponto
Build and demonstrate custom prototypes that allow prospects to understand and evaluate Ponto’s capabilities within the context of their own data, technical requirements, team workflows, and business process needs
Develop processes and workflows that allow us to build and scale a best-in-class Solutions Engineering organization
Work closely with our CRO to help them source new opportunities, gather data-influenced research, identify new markets and opportunities, and close deals
Work closely with the Product & Engineering teams to identify key features requests, product learnings, and potential gaps in the current roadmap
Work closely with Ponto’s Risk & Fraud Teams to advise on questions related to Ponto’s Compliance requirements
Be the go-to internally for customer data for all departments and their use cases
