The CTO will lead technical development and later the technical team in day-to-day operations. You will provide technical leadership in all areas of development, ensuring all roll outs are aligned with c-level strategy.The position will involve a high degree of autonomy, and you would be hands-on in everything from the ideation of new features, to day to day coding, to building out a team. This role would really suit somebody with a high level of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, particularly somebody that is looking to work within a startup culture of being willing to get 'stuck in' at every level of the business.Key Responsibilities - Develop a new technology strategy for QBell ensuring alignment with B2B and DTC strategic goals and securing buy-in from QBell colleagues.- Develop a reputation as a thought leader on the use of QR Codes for communication.- Within these activities identify and promote technical trends and opportunities.
