We can do lots more and we need a JavaScript talent joining the Voice and Video team to be the main driver of our JavaScript SDK and web browser development to make it happen!<h3>Requirements</h3>As a Javascript developer at Sinch, you own, define, implement and publish product-specific functionality in our JavaScript web client SDK to enable developers to be productive and successful using our products. You love to make it easy for developers and you will have a pivotal part in powering all our voice and video real-time conversations using WebRTC. Here you will have a unique opportunity to write code used directly by other developers as the end users and power peer-to-peer real-time communication.Working with SDK development in the Voice and Video team at Sinch you will:<ul><li>Take the lead on the Javascript SDK through the whole development cycle</li><li>Work in close collaboration with our Android and iOS SDK developers to align SDK APIs and features across multiple platforms creating a unified experience for customer developers</li><li>Keep our documentation and overall Javascript SDK product packaging up to date and user friendly, to make the experience of using our SDK seamless and professional</li></ul>As part of a global company location isn't as important, for the right candidate we are open for placement anywhere in Sweden.Who are you?Interested in real-time communication with focus on voice and video. You keep updated on what makes a good SDK and what is developer friendly. You think working with client-side web APIs and different web standards are the most important ingredients for building a top-notch web client SDK. You feel empathy and understanding that products may be complicated for new customers and your passion is to make it as easy as possible for your fellow developer.To make you feel productive in this role we think you have:<ul><li>A few years' experience as a web client JavaScript developer with focus on building SDKs</li><li>Ability to communicate well in the SDK documentation and code</li><li>Passion for writing clean and testable code</li><li>Willingness to learn new technologies such as WebRTC, VoIP and push services</li></ul>Big plus!You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have:<ul><li>Knowledge of WebRTC and hands on experience with peer-to-peer communication</li><li>Experience with push services, such as APNs, FCM and W3C push</li></ul>But hey!
