<ul>
<li>As we grow and move up the market, we have found that;</li>
<li>The Cloud Features team must focus on the roadmap and is continually distracted by bugs / small changes.</li>
<li>Our larger customers have greater demands, and there is a need to protect them from churn</li>
<li>TDC customers are fans of some functionality that does not currently exist in TD2, and there is a need for some level of feature alignment.</li>
<li>CS’s / Sales priorities around churn new business rarely align with the Product Roadmap</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide world-class engineering support to the Time Doctor user base.</li>
<li>Debug issues and provide timely resolutions.</li>
<li>Deliver intelligent changes which help reduce churn and improve sales.</li>
<li>Create elegant and well-tested code that’s easy to maintain and ensures high performance at scale.</li>
<li>Collaborate and lead a team that includes product managers, QA Engineers, and front-end engineers.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>At least four years of professional full-stack experience, working Saas products at scale scale</li>
<li>Strong Angular 10+ experience</li>
<li>Strong MongoDB experience, ideally with some sharding experience</li>
<li>Experience with in-memory databases such as Redis</li>
<li>Experience with test-driven development and continuous delivery</li>
<li>Proficiency in HTML and CSS</li>
<li>Excellent at JavaScript/Typescript</li>
<li>Experience working in a Product focused SaaS company, preferably during a significant growth phase.</li>
