You care about the product end-to-end and making life easy for customers.Who you are<ul><li>A versatile engineer who can move easily between front and backend to get the job done</li><li>Experience with delivering web applications using frameworks like React, Vue, Spring, NextJS, Rails, Express, Django etc</li><li>Accountable and take ownership of your work from start-to-finish</li><li>Passionate about product and the impact your code has on end customers</li><li>You enjoy collaboration with product, design and commercial colleagues in a cross-functional product team</li><li>Excellent communication skills: you're good at explaining complex problems to your colleagues and customers</li></ul>What you will work on<ul><li>Adding major new features to our NFT platform (written in Typescript + React and Kotlin + Spring Boot + NextJS), such as allowing users to mint NFTs and sell them on marketplaces</li><li>Helping build solutions which bridge the gap between the digital and physical art world</li><li>Building integrations with partners and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify</li><li>Collaborating with Product and Design to improve the usability and effectiveness of our user journeys</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years working with web applications using frameworks like React, Vue or Ember and a variety of modern languages like Javascript, Typescript, C#, Java or Kotlin</li><li>Sensitivity to UX and responsive design and the ability to work closely with designers</li><li>Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs in production using frameworks like Django, Spring, Express, NextJS</li><li>Familiarity with relational databases, preferably Postgres</li><li>Experience with integrating third-party services and understanding the potential pitfalls</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Interest in art and collectibles</li><li>Interest in the NFT/blockchain space</li><li>Solidity coding experience</li><li>Different testing approaches such as unit, end to end, UI testing with Cypress/Selenium</li><li>Cloud environments (Heroku, AWS or Google Cloud).</li><li>Build automation (Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, alerting, monitoring)</li><li>Security and cryptography experience</li><li>A degree in computer science or a related field</li><li>Scripting skills (e.g. Python)</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a passionate team defining a new market in blockchain technology for art and collectibles</li><li>Salary range for this role is from £50,000 - 70,000</li><li>Work in the exciting world of NFTs and blockchain, developing new services to support a new community of creators</li><li>Chance to work with a greenfield project with the latest technologies and frameworks</li><li>Bright workspace in Mayfair, London with good transport links</li><li>Hybrid working model: 1-2 days per week WFH</li></ul>
