As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will hit the ground running joining our high performing engineering team! You will be a critical contributor to delivering quality products to high profile and global projects. This role requires a mix of strong technical expertise and experience interfacing with customers as well as cross-functional internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do Day to Day:

  • Plan out and document new features in confluence
  • Create Jira epics, stories, tasks, sub-tasks
  • Work with designer on what is possible, and what won't work
  • Build React components, new app and operation features etc.
  • Build backend services, data models etc.
  • Create release candidate branches, deploy to Staging and UAT servers
  • Review and manage code reviews and PR's through bitbucket
  • Our branching follows git-flow: develop, feature, release-candidate, and master branches
  • Work with support (who have technical capability) to diagnose issues in UAT reported by clients
  • Collaborate with clients and internal team members through the various customer lifecycle stages (ie. negotiations, implementation, growth, success etc)


The Must Haves:

  • 7+ years professional experience
  • 5+ years with Javascript
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • VCS git/mercurial
  • Professional Experience with React/React Native/Vue
  • You are customer focused and comfortable balancing multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to work independently and from a remote environment
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or a high performer in similar roles.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field

The Nice to Have:

  • Familiar with TDD, frameworks such as Jest
  • Familiar with E2E testing, frameworks such as Cypress/Detox
  • Native iOS or Android development
  • Experience with NodeJS
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience working in the new mobility space
