  About this gig

  Our client is looking for a software engineer who is responsible for their work and eager to grow together. With your technical expertise you will design, develop, test, deploy frontend code.

   will be working with you on a flexible freelance basis initially. Of course, They'd love to have you onboard as one of their first hires soon after.

  Must have qualifications

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience with front-end web development (HTMLCSS, JavaScriptTypeScript, React)

  • Experience developing and maintaining production code

  • Able to communicate in English

  • Preferred qualifications

    • Experience with web backend development

    • Experience with serverless backend

    • Experience with unit, integration, and functional testing

    • Experience in SEO is a plus

    • Responsibilities

      •  Make a fast and reliable website builder from scratch based on the UXUI spec from the designer

      • Write documentations of the code you write

      • Independently think through execution from end-to-end, and use judgment to understand how actions may impact other stakeholders and communicates in advance

      • Proactively and independently analyze information to identify specific trendsopportunities, recommend appropriate and relevant tactical improvements, anticipating future business needs to improve the overall support experience and share this knowledge across the team
