👋 Overview Hi, we’re Mo and Joachim. We founded Veyor earlier this year to create the investor relations platform that we wish already existed. We have pre-seed funding and seek a full-time CTO to build and scale our product.

🥅 Mission Data, technology, and new regulation will revolutionise the relationship between startups and investors over the next decade. Veyor aims to lead this change by building the first end-to-end investor relations app. As a first step, Veyor is focussing on the fundraising process, helping founders gain control and visibility over their raise, synchronise data to reduce the admin burden, and identify the best investors to connect within their network.

🥷Role You will be working directly with the founders to launch the B2B SaaS web application. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing the MVP
  • Owning the development roadmap
  • Hiring and managing a team of developers
  • Establishing a positive, supportive and productive work culture

🥋 About you The position requires the following

  • 3+ years of full-stack development
  • Experience building web applications independently
  • Familiarity with modern web frameworks and technologies
  • Capability to balance speed against technical debt
  • Readiness to cope with ambiguity and use creativity to solve novel problems
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and structured manner
  • Being comfortable working in a team environment
  • Fluency in English
  • UK residency

Experience in startups and B2B SaaS is a plus, as well as experience with hiring and managing developers.

👥 About us We met at university and we've been friends for a decade. We bring strong academic and professional backgrounds (Columbia, Cambridge, Oxford, Goldman Sachs, FTI Consulting) and sector expertise. In his previous investor job, Mo was pulling his hair out over the lack of adequate investor relations tools. We discussed the ideal solution, validated the need through extensive market research and decided to crack this pressing issue together.

📦 Compensation & work conditions We have raised a pre-seed round and offer a salary and 1-4% equity, in the form of an EMI-option package with standard benefits and vacations. We are remote-first, but believe a certain level of face-to-face interaction is beneficial. As CTO, you will be instrumental to the success of the business and we expect a high level of commitment. We are happy to consider your preferences and circumstances when it comes to flexible work arrangements.
