We’re looking for Backend JS Software engineer,  motivated and open-minded professionals who will join our journey to personal and company growth!  

About the product:

We're working on a new innovative Edge Compute product that will utilize our global scale of 146 POPs and offer our clients a low latency reliable edge computing service. We're not building just a FaaS but a full app hosting platform that will allow anyone to host and run their applications on the edge in a completely automated and self-serviced way.
Additionally to compute we aim to offer a complete edge services stack including SQL DBs, KV, and a filesystem backed by S3 to simplify the migration process to our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Emulating API of Deno, Bun.sh, and other popular runtimes for our Edge Compute platform, so developers can easily start working with it without any extra changes in their code

• Writing tests in Javascript to be sure that these API emulations work as expected

• Adding support for our Edge Compute platform to open-source projects to popularize it's usage

Required qualification & skills:

• Be interested in how JS runtimes work

• Have experience with Node.js, Bun.sh, Deno

• Have experience writing Javascript code of at least 5 years

• Have interest in low level programming languages like Rust and C++

• Understand modern CI / CD practices and DevOps approach
