This role is for a skilled and creative back end engineer, who isn't afraid of responsibility, a fast paced startup environment, and ultimatley having an impact on the health and wellbeing of the population.

Holly Health uses a psychological, evidence based approach to empower individuals and communities to achieve health behaviour change and long term health outcomes. We do this through a compassionate, holistic app (Android, iOS and web based), leveraging technology to bring personalised health coaching to entire populations.

The current team is made up of 5 employees plus excellent contractors spanning operations, product, marketing, healthcare, science & research. We have PhDs in psychology and neuroscience, 3 previous startup exits and a passion for bringing tech innovation to the world of health.

• Designing, building, testing and deploying new features for our health nudge app
• Developing our TypeScript on AWS Lambda based API
• Producing demos and proof of concepts for new systems and features
• Investigating new technologies and processes to improve our product

• You have experience developing server based API supporting mobile or web apps
• You are interested in working in a startup environment, where you can have a big influence on the company
• (Desirable) You have some full-stack experience, iOS and Android development a bonus

We work remotely as standard, but meet up every 4ish weeks for a collaboration day/get together for team work and food or other activities. The meeting place is always in London, so you'll need to be within regular travelling distance from there.
