Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our team and work on the development and maintenance of our Solana-based blockchain platform. As a Senior Blockchain Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development and deployment of new features and improvements to our existing blockchain infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new features and improvements to our Solana-based blockchain platform

• Work closely with our development team to ensure the platform is scalable, secure and performant

• Collaborate with other teams to integrate blockchain technology into our existing products and systems

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and provide guidance and recommendations to the team

• Troubleshoot and debug issues with the platform

• Mentor and train junior members of the team



Qualifications

• Strong experience with Solana blockchain technology

• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms and smart contract development

• Strong experience with Rust, Typescript and JavaScript

• Experience with web3 and blockchain development frameworks

• Strong experience with Git and Linux

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Optional: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
