WÜRK Background:

We are a team of highly engaged people who hate the profit driven bias side of work. We need a front end expert who wants to build the future of work with us. As a new business we have achieved a social impact award, responsible technology award, and have closed three pilot agreements with businesses based in the UK and Germany. 

The role: 

• Desire to build a venture from the ground up 
• You’lll be responsible for design of front end and will collaborate with Chief Tech Officer
• Working closely with the Chief Experience Officer to scope out new features and implement feedback.
• Build, manage an effective front end team
• Integrate and maintain our new mobile platforms alongside other existing applications.
• You will be responsible for mobile app design guidance, building solutions that integrate with other systems and follow high development standards.

Your profile:

• Strong tech and product background - animation and visual artist critical. 
• Passionate about making the world a better place through collaboration
• Experience in fast paced environment
• Solution-oriented, resilient and with an entrepreneurial mindset

Requirements

• Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• You understand and use RESTful API and HTTP principles.
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean processes
• Desire to get involved with deployment of different Testing environments
• Happy to collaborate with and help team members
• Has worked in within a UX team or is familiar with UX process
