About the job

The gReach Engineer Associate program is a 12-month role designed to jumpstart your career and in software engineering at Google or beyond. Associates will get an opportunity to work on complex computer science solutions, develop scalable, distributed software systems, and also collaborate on multitudes of smaller projects that have universal appeal.

IMPORTANT : This role is exclusively for people who have government-issued disability certificate.


As an Engineer Associate, you will work on projects critical to Google’s needs. You will design, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions as you grow and evolve during your gReach associateship.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a technical project to build solutions and gain exposure to scale and complexity.

  • Develop technical skills, build confidence in abilities, and prepare for a career in computer science.

  • Create and support a productive and innovative team, including working with peers, managers, and teams.

  • Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.

  • Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution to effectively solve real-world problems.
