• Help build from 0 to 1. Brainstorm, design, and code—solving problems that span multiple domains. Building a customer-facing analytics dashboard, building a scalable infrastructure to support thousands of customers, and integrating with third party providers are just a few examples
• Refine current product: building new functionality, refactoring, and improving usability and performance. For example, improving our onboarding flow, redesigning user-facing components, decreasing deployment time
• Create internal tooling, helping ensure our team has the tools we need to properly onboard and support the customers we work with.
• Initiate and own experiments and projects that help drive company and product strategy.

• Ability to learn fast and move faster.
• A love for tackling difficult problems with a team of smart peers.
• Knowing how to ship early and ship often
• You are customer obsessed - you love learning from their pain points, and brainstorming how best to solve their problems.
• Prior experience building web applications and or backend system that have grown quickly and scaled to handle many users.
• Fluency with React, Typescript, and REST APIs and consider yourself full-stack.
• Bonus: you're knowledgeable and have previously worked in dev-tools, either at a big company or at a startup.
