Work alongside a team that are genuinely passionate about the work they do and take pride in enhancing our customer journey & experience on a global stage. This critical role will lead the development and maintenance of innovative digital solutions across Fisher & Paykel’s (F&P’s) global sites.

The Role

The Digital Front-end Developer will oversee and ultimately be accountable for the development and management of all new and existing F&P digital sites and applications, ensuring delivery of a premium customer experience across all touch points.

In this collaborative and cross functional role, you will work with various departments to identify and implement creative solutions to complex digital and site problems and requirements, with a focus around continuous improvement to drive performance and efficiencies of F&P sites against set KPIs.

That’s the role, so who are you?

You will need to have a strong base, 3+ years ‘proven digital development experience in an eCommerce context, ideally within a global organisation.  

As a well tenured Agile practitioner, you will have a strong understanding of digital programming including, HTML, CSS, SCSS and JavaScript and proficiency across jQuery and ReactJS (or similar). You will be comfortable navigating

Front-end frameworks, cross browser compatibility and automation tools like Grunt and Gulp.

Ideally, you will also have a design-led mentality that translates our visual brand language to improve the consumer experience of our digital assets.
