About us:
Do you think today’s ticketing is fair or broken?
It's an industry controlled and dictated by companies known for being greedy, lacking in transparency, and for turning a blind eye to touting. Naturally, that left us feeling pretty fed up. So, we decided to build the next generation of ticketing: a secure, fair and social one.
Ticketpass is people-focused and socially conscious. It's a tech-for-good company with one goal: to fix an outdated industry by providing fair and friendly technology that enables fans to buy and pass (resell) their tickets on the ethical way.
With capped fees, a "touts not welcome" ethos, and our Give Back 50 initiative – where we donate 50% of the booking fee to charities and social projects across the world (170+ countries) – we have a special model that allows the event sector to be a positive force with impact on a global level.
These solid values, and our fairer system, mean we're growing fast. As a brand, we’ve entered exciting markets and are building relationships with sports clubs, charities, music venues, and those with a commitment to making the events industry fairer for all.
