Job Description

With our growing customer base and our expansion into new markets and use cases, we have more to build than ever at Affinity as we execute on our vision to put relationship intelligence at every professional's fingertips.

Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, Core Application, you'll have the opportunity to learn about and contribute to key areas of our product and platform, and help iterate on and improve the features our customers already love.

The Core Application engineering team has a wide breadth of responsibility at Affinity. They not only deliver end-to-end features for our CRM product but also work on core data models and build ways to performantly surface data to our customers.

1. Contribute to product areas that are critical to the success of our customers and our business.
2. Deliver a delightful, reliable user experience to our users around the world through rapid cycles of development and iteration.
3. Collaborate with world-class engineering, product, and design teams--you'll have the opportunity to learn from a wide variety of experiences and, of course, to share your own.
4. Grow your expertise and fluency with the core pieces of technology that serve as the foundation for the Affinity product.

Required:

1. You have experience using React and Typescript.
2. You have 3+ years of experience building scalable web applications with large volumes of data and rich visualizations.
3. You take pride in both delivering delightful user experiences and in championing technical excellence.
4. You're excited to work collaboratively within engineering and across functional teams.
5. Experience with Agile methodologies.
6. Passion for learning, solving problems and challenging the status quo.
7. You're enthusiastic about contributing your ideas and experiences to help Affinity continuously improve as a product and as a company.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with Ruby or PostgreSQL.
2. You have experience implementing component libraries and design systems and care deeply about building accessible interfaces.

Tech stack
