Metalynx is building software for third-party evaluation of healthcare AI. We assess commercial products in terms of performance, fairness and explainability on local site data. Our aim to build trust with clinical users and accelerate the adoption of robust and fair AI.

The frontend developer will work directly with the technical lead in the delivery of our evaluation products. This role will be responsible for prototyping, developing, and testing new product features. You’ll also be helping innovate different ways to improve the product and build new interfaces.

The tech stack currently consists of React + Typescript, and experience / willingness to learn will be a key part of this role. This is an exciting key role which will shape the direction of the product, and play a big part in improving data accessibility for all!

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype mockups of new features
• Implement single page application styled products
• Write, test, debug and maintain new features
• Develop software with compliance, regulation and data requirements that adhere to medical data security standards

Skills

• Proficiency in Typescript, React.js (or other FE frameworks), Figma (or other design toolchains)
• Willingness to collaborate and innovate different ideas, prototype designs and take ownership of components and product
• Comfortable with delivering software in an agile environment, attention to detail and an independent work ethos
• Adaptive to rapidly changing conditions and product requirements, keen awareness of user requirements and futureproofing product
