You will work closely with the founders of the company and be one of the first 10 hires!<br><br>Stack-wise, we’re always open to and looking for ways to improve our stack and tooling.<br><br><strong><u>Who You Are<br><br><u><strong>Your first priority will be working with our CTO to get Dispatch ready for public launch. We have a rapidly growing waiting list and are excited to start testing and get our product into their hands.<br><br>You will develop front end experiences that make working with blockchain data accessible to all: write code, participate in code reviews, conduct tests, and work with designers to create interfaces our users love. Blockchain technologies and trends change quickly, so enjoying learning new things is a must!<br><br><strong><u>What You’ll Do<br><u><strong><ul><li>Build the front end of our flagship consumer-facing web app using Vue.js, Tailwind CSS and web3<li><li>Collaborate with ProductUX team, founders and other engineers to create easy-to-use user interfaces<li><li>Work with the team to translate features and requirements into manageable software deliverables, helping prioritize work as needed<li><li>Deliver performant, scalable and resilient software<br><li><ul><strong><u>What You Bring To The Team (Requirements)<br><u><strong><ul><li>Familiarity with modern React, Vue or similar frameworks<li><li>At least 3 years’ demonstrated experience with Javascript ES6, JSON, SCSSSass, REST APIs, Github, Node.js, Vue, React or similar<li><li>Experience with web3, ethers.js and Ethereum RPC<li><li>Testing with Mocha, Jest, Chai etc.<li><li>Experience with blockchain technology, including Ethereum, Solidity and smart contracts<li><li>Experience building performant products<li><li>Experience with complex single page applications (SPAs)<li><li>Track record of operating independently, creative problem solving, being detail-oriented<li><li>Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization<li><li>Empathy — towards customers, potential customers and team members<li><li>Self-starter, biased towards action (you don’t wait to be told exactly what to do)<li><li>Flexible, can switch contexts and priorities rapidly<br><li><ul><strong><u>It Would Be Cool If You Have<br><u><strong><ul><li>Experience working with a team as the front end developer on a SaaS product<li><li>Familiarity with working in Sprints, using tools like Trello, Atlassian, etc.<li><li>Prior experience creating a design system or component library<li><li>Experience using blockchain-interfacing products (exchanges, wallets etc.)<li><li>Knowledge of DeFi and NFTs<br><li><ul><strong><u>What We Offer<br><u><strong><ul><li>A learning environment where you can dive deep into the latest technologies<li><li>Ability to own projects and grow within the organization<li><li>100% remote <li><li>Medical and dental insurance<li><li>Team Tokens <li><li>Paid time off<br><li><ul>We value diversity at Esprezzo and welcome all qualified candidates interested in building the future to apply!
