Who we are

Bridger is a Rights Management Entity / Independent Management Entity who brings songwriters to copyright by offering an innovative and easy solution for online copyright collection. We bridge the gap between music right-holders (authors, composers, and publishers) and service providers (e.g. streaming platforms). We believe in creating opportunities that benefit the whole ecosystem. We are not just rights collectors; we are business enablers.

Together with Winamp, the legendary audio player that is now being relaunched to become the next one-stop platform for creators and fans alike, Bridger is on a mission to revolutionize the music industry.

The Bridger service launched early 2022: we are still growing our core team, and on the tech side, we are looking for experienced frontend, backend and full-stack developers to help us building innovative products and services. Join us! 

What you'll do

• Work closely with product owners to create innovative and brand new products which will help artists and songwriters to monetize and manage their creative works and rights.

• Developing features always with user experience and clean code/architecture principle in mind, ensuring feedback loops and continuous improvement

• Building reusable code into components, modules a clean and structured way.

• Bring your expertise helping the team to choose the right frontend technologies and solutions, with a short and long term vision.

• Optionally give your contribution to other teams activities in the field of devops (CICD), backend development, UI/UX design, project and product management.

Your profile

• At least a 4 years of working experience as a web developer

• BSc or MSc in computer science or other relevant fields is not required but strongly preferable

• Good knowledge and experience with Javascript/TypeScript and React

• Design integration skills (Html, Css, Tailwind, Less/Sass, Figma, ...)

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and techniques, for web and mobile applications

• Exposure to backend languages and frameworks

• Exposure to CICD automation, public cloud services, Docker, Linux based compute environments

• Proven high coding standards and problem solving skills

• A working experience in creative industries is not required, but will play a significant bonus

• Team working skills

• You love music and music products

• You speak English and/or French. Any additional language is a plus
