Tasks

Your territory

As part of our Software Development team, you will:

• Become one of the key developers for our web apps and pages that are used by millions of pet parents around the world

• Develop and maintain features in our high-traffic webshop, blog and landing pages

• Implement new features and maintain existing ones in our web applications (e.g. )

• Keep the used technologies in our web apps and pages up-to-date

• Create layouts in HTML5 and CSS3 from their conceptualization until they go live

• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”.

• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level.

Requirements

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Professional experience with HTML5, CSS3/SASS and JavaScript/TypeScript

• Good knowledge of JavaScript & CSS frameworks

• Experience in optimizing for mobile, developing style guides and optimizing conversions is a plus

• Expertise with build tools (e.g. Grunt, Gulp or webpack) is a plus

• Very good English skills

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 40,000 full-time - at Tractive that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
