Ubiquiti R&D team in Riga with over 120 engineers, is leading development of many exciting new products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highly reliable and scalable web services and UIs

• Collaborate with a team of other developers in an agile environment

• Actively participate in the project and voice your ideas and solutions

• Maintain a good programming style and stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends

Our requirements:

• Extensive experience of coding in modern JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js

• Strong experience with frontend libraries such as React

• Solid knowledge about programming, design patterns and web protocols

• Experience with debugging, profiling and optimising web apps

• Familiar with Git, Jira

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English language

• Good communication and personal skills: ability to interact and work well with members of other functional groups in a project team and a strong sense of project ownership as well as ability to work independently

Nice to have:

• Experience with video streaming 

• Experience with WebRTC and WebSockets
