We are:

Wix Bookings - the biggest platform for small and medium-sized businesses to get booked online. Fitness trainers, beauty salon owners, private tutors and many more manage their businesses, get booked and get paid on Wix Bookings. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate, fun to work with and experienced Frontend developers to join our team.

In Amsterdam, we’re assembling a locally managed multi-disciplinary team that will include Product Managers, UX professionals and Developers.

You are:

A passionate Frontend Developer with at least 2 years experience.

You’re at the top of your game in at least one framework; React, Angular or Vue. You know your way around modern languages such as Typescript and ES6.

You’ve built up some experience working with build tools such as Babel, Webpack, Grunt and Gulp. Bonus points if you’re familiar with server-side technologies (NodeJS, Java, .NET, Python, Ruby), are obsessed with functional programming and have some experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Delivery.

While you enjoy working with peers to develop new ideas and solutions, you’re a self-learner who also works well independently.

As a Frontend developer, you will:

• Improve your skills and learn from highly experienced engineers by working on cutting-edge technologies that impact over 200 million users

• Find creative solutions to tackle tough problems

• Write (a lot) of high-quality, functional Javascript to be pushed out to millions of users every day

• Work with Git, Node.js, React, Redux, MobX and ES6+

• Manage and complete tasks using TDD, continuous integration and modern development processes

• Invest time in personal growth and become an industry leader

• Recruit fellow engineers to grow the new site in Amsterdam

• Be based in Amsterdam, as a vital part of Wix's founding team, where you'll be working with and learning from experienced developers to collectively grow professionally
