Frontend Engineer (JavaScript, Integrations)

As a Frontend Developer you will craft compelling integrations which are used by Phrase customers all around the globe. You will leverage frontend technologies to build and maintain solutions that let our users integrate Phrase into their infrastructure and tool landscape. You will work within an autonomous, distributed team, so we’re looking for great communicators and true team players.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Creating and enhancing integrations and tools using primarily frontend technologies (Javascript, Typescript) 

• Owning and driving complex development projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance

• Analyzing, debugging and resolving complex issues in diverse projects and within heterogenous coding paradigms

• Reviewing code from your fellow team members to ensure consistent, high-quality contributions

• Collaborating with an agile, cross-functional team to take the Phrase product to the next level

What you need:

• Significant experience working with frontend technologies, especially JavaScript/TypeScript

• Hands-on experience with at least one major frontend framework (preferably Vue.js)

• Experience with server-side development (e.g. Ruby/Rails) is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
