Commutifi is on a mission to save every commuter time, money, and carbon on their daily commute. We offer an all-in-one platform for companies, commercial real estate, municipalities, and planners to gather data and implement efficient commuting programs.

We are looking for a highly motivated Frontend Developer to join our team to help us in our mission. This role will involve planning, design, development, and maintenance of our frontend. The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter, driven to learn new technologies and contribute to the success of the team.

Must have 2+ years of professional experience to be considered

1. Create and maintain npm, Node, and webpack builds
2. Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
3. Design and build using React consuming APIs
4. Facilitate technical conversations with other engineers and help steer decisions in the right direction
5. Offer constructive and respectful feedback via code reviews
6. Assist other engineers in resolving or removing blockers they might encounter

1. Experience developing front end web applications
2. Strong HTML, CSS, responsive design, and JavaScript skills
3. Previous experience working as a React.js Developer in a professional setting, as part of your daily responsibility
4. Familiarities with modern Typescript tools including Node, npm, Webpack
5. Proficiency with Git version control- Experience with RESTful APIs
6. Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills

We are currently a remote-first company with offices in Montreal and Boulder. Position is available anywhere in Canada and United States, with preferences to candidates in Montreal/Boulder.
