We are hiring to expand our product engineering team. Our tech team is currently small but growing fast so stakeholders joining now can expect to have a huge contribution towards the business and enjoy significant positions and stake in the company as we grow!

Job Overview:

We’re looking for engineering leaders with a passion for software development. It’s not just your career, it’s also your hobby. As a Full Stack Developer at AimFit, you will join our growing team, contributing to new offerings and core products to improve user experience, develop new features, and drive outcomes for major business goals. You can expect to solve hard technical problems, and will work with other engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders on projects requiring frontend and backend development. You will be responsible for architecting and building AimFit technology products, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection will be preferred.

Job Description:

• Build complex features in a state-of-the-art service-oriented architecture spanning multiple systems at a time, participating in the full software lifecycle.

• Work with a variety of languages and technologies. Over time, you will use Javascript, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, etc.

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.

• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.

• Solve product problems and build delightful API and developer experiences for our users.
  

Requirement:

• At least 1 year of experience as a software engineer developing backend platforms, using Go, Python, Node, or other object-oriented languages.(Our Backend is on Node.Js and Frontend React (Web) and React Native (Mobile))

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field. (we're open to hiring self taught developers too, if you have what it takes, don't be hesitant to apply!)

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.

• An understanding of React and React Native best practices and a commitment to following them and work through through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.

• Forensic attention to detail and a positive, growth mindset!
