We are seeking a Full Stack Developer for one of our core teams! This role will put you in a unique position to work on cutting edge aspects of our platform. You will take part in a key integration for our company, you will help us improve the platform and realize the final vision of the product.

1. 3+ years of experience implementing high-performance web applications or microservices
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
3. Experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
4. Experience with modern object-oriented programming languages like Scala, Java, etc.
5. Experience with database technologies (e.g., RDBMS like PostgresSQL and/or NoSQL like CouchDB or DynamoDB)
6. A proven history of delivering customer-impacting features in an agile environment
7. Demonstrated experience with distributed, event-based architectures
8. Passion for continuous learning, mentoring team members, and heterogeneity of new skills, frameworks and technologies
9. Deep understanding of scalable and highly-available systems
10. Experience with some of the following would be an asset:
11. Docker, Kubernetes, Pulumi, Terraform
12. GCP, Firebase, AWS, Azure
13. PHP, ReasonML
14. Emotion, styled-component, react-spring
15. Functional programming

1. You will be part of a cross-functional agile team that operates independently in terms of product management, design, and development for creating the new version of the Salesfloor solution. You can expect a 60/40 back-end to front-end ratio.
2. You will develop various web applications, including a conversational AI platform integrated in some of the world’s leading retailer websites serving millions of users, as well as internal customization and optimization tools. You’ll strike a balance between creative ingenuity and sound engineering through the quality of code to solve complex business challenges.
3. You will provide technical guidance to the team for making the right judgment calls in terms of the technical solutions and tradeoffs.
4. You will forge strategic and cross-functional relationships to tackle multi-faceted projects, responsibilities and timelines.
5. You will recognize, foster and cultivate talent among junior developers, through technical problem-solving, code reviews and pair programming
