Who are you?

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys getting shit done. You are not afraid to jump into a project and be treated like a full time member of the team. Reeling code in your first week should be exciting.

What can you expect from this role?

The opportunity to work within a growing team, we give everyone that works on the team the opportunity to be a major contributor, we expect that you will take that and run with it. The role is for a full stack developer, and we push you to use your strength and get done what needs to be done. You will be working on the Sheertex OS that we use to run our factory. This is everything from communicating to our manufacturing equipment to building a front end to our SKU management.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the web-based software, which runs on hundreds of tablets around the factory, assisting production staff in performing the myriad of tasks required to manufacture pantyhose
• Developing tools which help track product through the production process
• Helping to find ways our quality control process can be improved through software
• Working with the manufacturing team to understand the problems they're facing, and how the technology we're building can improve their work
• Designing and developing the software that will solve those problems

Requirements:

• Experience with software development experience (Python, JavaScript, CSS, React, TypeScript)
• You enjoy problem solving in a cross-disciplinary, results-oriented team.
• Care that your code is released regularly, and fix issues when they come up.
• You are motivated by solving real problems for real people (you'll be working meters away from the 100 people who'll be using your software every day).
• You are comfortable working in an environment where you'll be writing JavaScript in the morning, walking through lines of knitting machines at lunch, and helping test a new robot in the afternoon.
• Cross-disciplinary teams solving problems that extend beyond software
