Harp Health is a startup aiming to become the leading digital health service for women. We are developing digital solutions to increase access to effective and cost-efficient healthcare for pregnancy, post-natal and other stages of women's lives. We are backed by one of London's most prestigious startup accelerators and are looking for an ambitious software developer to join our team, with the potential to become CTO.You will work with our interim CTO to take over development on our greenfield flagship project, using the latest technologies, and have the opportunity to shape the project as we expand.Our current stack uses:- RedwoodJS framework- TypeScript React frontend- TypeScript / node serverless functions backend- PostgreSQL with Prisma- GraphQL- PWA mobile apps with Capacitor & Konsta UI (likely transitioning to React Native in the future)- Git (Github)Experience in this stack would be an advantage, but you will also be able to shape our technology choices as you take over responsibility for the project.Qualifications:- Experience in web development (newly graduated is ok too)- Excellent interpersonal skills- Excellent oral and written communication (English)- Capable of identifying and completing tasks independently, and reporting on progress, with a sense of urgency and ownership- Basic UI/UX design principlesThis is an opportunity to join a purpose-led startup with huge potential and greatly accelerate your career development.We are looking for someone UK-based, ideally in the London or Oxford area.Competitive salary and equity to be negotiated.
