ROLE DESCRIPTION & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Fullstack Developer, you will work on the new implementations and maintenance of “hi” – Digital Attitude’s digital platform.

Using a range of different technologies and languages, you will be responsible for approaching the software holistically, focusing on developing bugless & efficient features, but keeping in mind the ultimate user experience.

We aim to give everyone a digital coach during their work life, you will directly support this, developing powerful and innovative features of Digital Attitude’s product that will be on your coding hands.

REPORTS TO: Fullstack Developer Lead

LOCATION: Milano (preferred) or Remote

You Will:

• Entirely develop the code behind hi new features, writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end.

• Be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

• Participate in the design and creation of scalable software, contributing to the engineering strategy and development.

• Fix and retest bugs or other coding issues.

• Design and write effective APIs.

• Ensure responsiveness of applications.

AS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE YOU HAVE…

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a similar role, in a company, freelance, or independently.

• Experience with the following: Javascript (nodejs and reactjs in specific), CSS, HTML.

• Knowledge of multiple AWS products and technology. In specific: S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, cdk (js sdk).

• Experience in code versioning via GIT.

• Good level of software integration design and implementation via REST API – both designing flowcharts and API schemas.

• Focus on problem solving and performance, through teamwork.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Continuous growth and avid learner attitudes. Willingness to learn new languages, frameworks, paradigms.

• Independence and entrepreneurial approach.

• A basic level of communication in English and Italian.

• A genuine interest in innovation.

WE’LL CONSIDER IT A PLUS IF YOU HAVE…

• Extensive software development experience with one or more general programming languages, ideally but not necessarily with javascript and reactjs.

• Experience in developing cross-platform applications, mobile and desktop applications, browser extensions, chatbots (in particular, Microsoft Teams Apps).

• Experience in serverless, cloud-native development and in SaaS industry. Experience in maintaining and scaling production services.

• Confidence with Aws Cli, nodejs scripting with Aws js sdk, experience with Aws cdk. Aws “certified developer” or similar certification. Experience also with: Athena, Glue, Elastic Beanstalk, Amplify, State Machine, Step functions.

• Knowledge of the Software Agile principles and ceremonies.

• Technical degree or anyway previous exposure to topics such as: data structure and algorithm design, computational complexity, concurrency, real-time, operating systems, distributed systems

• Experience with Typescript, Flow, or similar

• Experience with popular react libraries, such as: redux, formik, mui

• Experience with testing and browser automation tooling such as Jest, Playwright

• Experience with module bundlers such as webpack, vite and web content optimization strategies

• Experience with C#, C++.
