As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll develop full stack web applications that help crypto-native organizations, like DAOs, build and execute transactions fast. You will work closely with the co-founders, build the foundation of an engineering team from both a technical and cultural standpoint, and lead technically as the organization scales.

Requirements

1. Experience with or strong interest in crypto, DAOs, and web3
2. Effective communication skills and high emotional intelligence
3. Ability to execute faster than most people think is possible
4. Entrepreneurial self-starter with project management skills
5. Experience with Javascript/Typescript
6. Nice to have:
7. UX experience
8. Ability to make architectural decisions and lead technically as we scale
9. Experience with React, GraphQL, SQL, and ethers.js or web3.js
10. Experience reading and writing Solidity smart contracts, familiarity with security pitfalls
