This team builds out the features as well as platform that support this product, e.g. our client-side SDKs, data dashboards, and the backend aggregation platform.

Mux Video: Mux Video is responsible for the web-based workflows and tooling that enhances the Mux Video product, an API that enables developers to build powerful on-demand and live video experiences. This team supports features like our livestream health dashboard, as well as self-serve workflows of working with video assets.

Mux Product Labs: Mux Product Labs (informally referred to as “Labs”) is a product-lead experimental innovation group, who discover and prototype new products and features with a high level of autonomy. You can think of Mux Product Labs as an incubator, optimized to run early stage product discovery and prototyping.

Platform Experience: This team is responsible for the shared web-based experience for all Mux customers, ensuring that there is a cohesive workflow across different products and use cases. The work includes our customer onboarding funnel, our billing and invoice platform that supports all products, as well as scaling the underlying API platform to address growing traffic, reliability needs, and security concerns.
