You want to run the show, you're comfortable with management only existing to support, not dictate. You're creative and want the autonomy to do great work. 1. Rapidly design, implement, and release new features to acquire customers.
2. Work directly with the CEO, product managers, and early customers to refine feature design and functionality.
3. Leverage existing open source technologies and low-cost SaaS solutions to quickly test new ideas with real customers and iterate based on their feedback.
4. Learn and apply new technologies and frameworks regularly.

1. You are a self-starter, capable of self-direction, and highly motivated to consistently release high quality features into production.
2. You have experience building scalable RESTful web applications with MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, AWS, GraphQL, and/or other JavaScript technologies.
3. You are comfortable with end-to-end full-stack software development (front-end, middleware, backend, and cloud infrastructure).
4. Experience with DevOps, OCR, machine learning, database optimization, and performance tuning will set you apart from other candidates.
5. You have a passion for making features that meet real business needs and are easy and intuitive to use.
6. You’re a fast learner, can contribute from day one, and can bring good opinions to the table.
7. You have a strong command of written English, can communicate clearly, and are willing to work during US business hours.
