About us

Kerbo Charge solves Electric Vehicle (EV) charging for the 40% of UK population without access to off-street parking. Without us, the only way to charge your EV is to  trail a cable across the pavement (risking a personal injury claim), or use a public charge point at 5x the cost (approx. £32 vs £6). 

Our vision is to create a hyper local sharing network using domestic supplies. We install an ultra shallow polymer channel into the pavement outside residents homes so they can charge their car using their own supply. They can then share their supply with neighbours using our app, and generate recurring revenue for themselves and our business.

Your experience

You should have:

• Two years+ full stack web development (Java Script, CSS and HTML)
• Demonstrable experience using a modern UI component framework (e.g. Tailwind)
• An enthusiasm for interfacing with real world devices - OCPP experience obviously a bonus!

Remuneration

First year salary is £60k + equity + pension.

Location

You need to be UK based, but remote work anywhere in the UK is fine, with occasional visits to the office in London.
