🧭 What stage are we at

Pre-seed funded, impact start-up with a prototype, early adopters and hundreds of waiting subscribers. My Ark is transforming people’s relationships with their own data - generating timely insights to guide people to make more savvy decisions each step of the way.

We have had phenomenal feedback and support from our beachhead market and have established a number of commercial relationships – we now need to deliver on our promises and deliver the fully feature rich product!

🌟 What we're looking for

As the lead developer you will join an experienced leadership team as an integral part of the business. You will shape the technical landscape under the mentorship of our consultant CTO - a tenured CTO who has successfully exited his cyber security start-up

The ideal candidate will be looking to step-up and take ownership of the delivery of the platform ensuring the quality of deliverables, mentoring and leading junior developers as well as being the trusted technical adviser to the wider business.

• A brilliant team player - you are not afraid to speak up if something is going in the wrong direction and you want to feel empowered to correct early on.  You enjoy experimenting, making rapid decisions and learning from failures

• On for the ride - start-ups are exhilarating…. and taxing.  You love the challenge of building an entirely new segment, and being the first to do it.  You see opportunity and don’t get overwhelmed by what we are looking to deliver. 

• You know your way around TypeScript/JavaScript, React and AWS Lambda, utilising best practice security practices due to the processing of sensitive data. You learn new technologies quickly and are keen to keep learning.

• You have a passion for being part of a mission lead start-up that can truly impact peoples’ opportunities through improving financial and life literacy.
