We are looking for a Lead Front End Developer to join our application team. This position comes with the opportunity to work on multiple greenfield projects as we continue to design and build new features for our product suite.

About the role...

  • Assume stewardship of our Pirical Legal Professionals product and enable it to deliver its potential.
  • Work with our Head of Product to refine requirements, create innovative solutions and design UX which is simple and beautiful to our users.
  • Lead the effort to engineer the next-gen Angular application and be accountable for its delivery.
  • Be a core member of the scrum team and help to continuously improve our agile processes. Perform peer code reviews and pair programming.
  • Apply best practices to build high-quality, robust and secure software.
  • Use modern DevOps technologies such as AWS, Docker for automated build and deployment.
  • Mentor other team members and share your knowledge and experience to help the team grow.

About you...

  • You have a track record of designing, planning, and building large web applications with Angular or AngularJS.
  • You have a sharp eye for UX, and believe that it can make or break a product.
  • You have a homing instinct for engineering excellence and seek to continuously outdo yourself.
  • You are a team-player and feel fulfilment from helping others achieve their goals.
  • You are proud of your work because it delivers value to others.

  • We’re an Agile team and operate a regular Scrum rhythm that puts resolving our team’s workflow issues at its core, providing us with a comfortable, creative and flexible work environment where blockers and issues are addressed and resolved effectively.
