We are a VC backed pre-seed start-up in the new category of customer value management (CVM) which is positioned to be the next big thing in relationship management. We are looking for a key member to join our fast-growing and high-performing team, where you will be working directly with our Chief Architect, building personal relationships within the company ultimately helping our customers in their transition to becoming Cuvama success stories.

🙌 What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with a history of working with Cypress/JavaScript.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for working in tandem with our Chief Architect to develop both automated and manual tests for selected stories within a sprint as well as creating documentation and testing data as needed. You will need to feel comfortable taking high level direction and operating largely independently to complete assignments. Beyond the sprint-to-sprint responsibilities, we will also expect you to contribute towards driving forward Cuvama’s overall QA methodology and approach.

🦸🏻‍♀️ Responsibilities

• Build/Extend existing QA automation tests
• Conduct exploratory QA testing
• Help define user stories and write test scenarios upfront
• Manage test data for QA automation
• Install best practices around QA in the organization

⭐️ Skills

• Expertise in testing web-based applications using Cypress and JavaScript
• Expertise in API-level testing with Postman or similar tools
• Strong programming skills
• Experience with version control systems, preferably GIT
• Ability to work independently without heavy supervision
• Good communication and collaboration skills

🌟 Other Nice-to-haves

Experience with any of the following: MongoDB, React, Docker, AWS, Non-functional Testing, Agile methodology
