We are a distributed team of do-ers with three pillars at our core: start by listening, build community, and be direct. Our mission is to fully automate the process of a traditional real estate transaction.

Work with product and design to understand consumer problems and partner to build product with Drive tasks, features, and projects with a sense of ownership. You’ll write technical plans, break down product specs and designs, and work with teammates to ensure we’re solving consumer needs. Write and maintain code to implement consumer value and deliver a performant, top-tier experience Review code, proposals, and otherwise help your teammates succeed Create endless automations to support our operation team and the communication between buyers and sellers on a daily basis

Have 5+ years of experience working with a backend server-side framework Possess strong Javascript skills Experience delivering robust backend applications, APIs, and data pipelines written in Node.js Experience automating CRM workflows Experience with AWS Experience with data stores and memory stores (MongoDB & Redis) Experience with writing unit tests and end-to-end tests. Self-motivated, highly driven, independent, and results-oriented. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment Experience with Slack bolt automation is a plus Elastic search experience is a plus Experience automating Hubspot workflows - big advantage

Our entire company is fully distributed (remote-first) across 6 countries, we do expect the team to work in US EST timezone or Western Europe (WET)
