Summary:

Work on our Platform Product (cal.com/platform), ship API endpoints, work closely with platform customers and improve console.cal.com, our dashboard for platform users.

At Cal.com, we are building the future of scheduling and open-source software. We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. If you are passionate about the startup world and open source, we would love to hear from you!

About the job:

  • Full-Time Position (30-40 hours per week)

  • 100% remote and async-first environment

What you'll do:

  • Work on complex timezone logic, availability blocking and calendar APIs

  • Oversee our Platform Product

  • Create Cal Atoms (Frontend Components)

  • Add more API endpoints for embedded usecases

  • Improve our console.cal.com (where people can purchase and manage their platform license)

Who you are:

  • A self-starter who works well independently as well as interdependently in a remote environment

  • A motivated person who enjoys working on complex technical problems

  • Someone who is looking to grow with us and our product

Your skills and background:

  • Experience with Typescript, Nodejs, Nextjs, Tailwind, Prisma, Postgres

  • Ample knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design

  • Strong ability to work in an asynchronous environment

  • Ability to visualize a proposed system and build it

  • Strong communication skills, specifically in a remote work environment

  • English Fluency (written and spoken)
