While distributed, you will work alongside a team of world class crypto experts on an open-source project that transfers millions of dollars in assets daily, providing the financial primitives for the next evolution in crypto.<p><br><p>We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Application team, who will be responsible for the product development process as they work collaboratively with the Application Engineering Manager to scope and plan out projects. This is a North America-based, full-time, remote position.<p><br><p>What You Will Do.<p><br><p><ul><li>Product Development Process: Own the Application product vision in alignment with Kava’s roadmap and business goals. Carry out our Front-end product development life-cycle from conception to launch, optimizing scrum process, sprint planning, grooming, and retros. Execute against team KPI’s and deliverables<li><li>Writing Epics &amp; User Stories: Craft PRD’s for major and minor feature releases. Develop user stories and epics to drive narratives and user engagement with Kava’s products. <li><li>Market Research Data Analysis: Conduct discovery, research, feature specifications to drive product strategy and develop predictive insights for user experience<li><li>Working Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with other team leaders from Engineering and Design teams to execute the product development process.
