Senior Tools Engineer, Liverpool

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, create and maintain software tools and solutions

• Work with team leadership to ensure we are clear on solution requirements

• Demo in-progress development efforts to stakeholders, and iterate based on feedback

• Ensure data posted from our tools can enable accurate reporting of availability and utilisation

Primary interfaces:

• Business Systems Analysis

• PlayStation Studios supporting teams

• Developers & Producer/s

• IT Support Group

What we are looking for:

• Front End: React.js using Flux/Redux

• Backend: Node.js

• Database: Postgres

• Experience with CI/CD software, virtualization, Docker or equivalent

• Critical thinker and problem solver that knows when to ask for help

• Highly motivated, autonomous, and proactive

• Strong task management

Beneficial Experience

• Javascript and Ruby experience

• Experience working in agile project environment

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
