Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our growing Fusion 360 team in Europe. You will work on a cutting-edge CAD/CAM/CAE product, Fusion 360. Fusion CI/CD System is a critical and sophisticated engineering infrastructure and pipeline for Fusion 360 build, development, testing, and delivery. It is built and running on modern Cloud Computing Technology.

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about designing and developing high quality software solutions.  You will create, maintain and improve the tools making the developers more productive.

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer you will have a significant impact on how we design, build, and deliver our products to millions of professionals. You will work in a cross-functional team focused on developing and maintaining web applications for automation of development workflows. This job can be based remotely in various European countries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications for automation of development workflows.

  • Focus on quality, including writing unit/integration tests and refactoring when appropriate.

  • Follow security best practices and quickly resolve security issues.

  • Break apart complex initiatives into manageable chunks.

  • Work closely with development teams to drive towards a common vision.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of Git/GitHub

  • Experience of development light serverless web applications

  • Experience of development light back-end services

  • JS frameworks: Vue, React (2+ years)

  • JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js (2+ years)

  • Experience with Jenkins

  • Hands-on experience of using REST API/GraphQL with services (GitHub, Artifactory, Slack, Jenkins)

  • Experience of building CI/CD pipelines for web applications (DevOps)

  • Hands-on experience of Azure (VMSS, Azure functions, AKS, MySQL, CosmosDB, Redis, Azure Storge)

  • Monitoring tools: Splunk, Kibana, Grafana, Newrelic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum and agile development processes and methodologies

  • Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Groovy, Bash

  • Familiar with AWS (EC2, S3, lambdas)

  • Project & Collaboration Management Systems (JIRA, Confluence Wiki)

You are capable of developing from scratch a lightweight, reliable, and cheap serverless application, using Azure, representing the data from GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory and other systems.
